"My holiday plans for just after Christmas are to go skiing in Meribel. It's quite a high resort, so it's more likely to have snow, and I see on the webcams that is it already very cold and lots of snow has fallen.
My favourite Ettinger item that I always travel with and will be taking on this trip is my Hurlingham Overnight Bag with my initials embroidered onto the outside. It fits easily under a plane seat or into the overhead locker."

"This year for Christmas I’ll be heading down to Cornwall to celebrate Christmas by the coast! I’ll be taking my Ettinger Playing Card Case with me, it always makes an appearance on Christmas Eve, when we head to the local pub for our annual round of card games. It’s a small tradition, but one that always makes the festive season feel complete!"

"This Christmas, I will be embracing the warmth of home, surrounded by the people who mean the most to me: my mom, my son Jacob, and his girlfriend Julia, who will be joining our family celebration for the very first time. As Polish tradition cherishes Christmas Eve most, we’ll gather for a festive dinner filled with laughter, stories, and the joy of being together.
Afterwards, we’ll settle by the crackling fireplace for a cosy evening. One of the highlights of the night is our tradition of playing games as a family. This year, we’ll be enjoying the Ettinger card and domino sets, some beautifully crafted pieces that add a touch of sophistication to our festive night. These games bring us together, spark friendly competition, and transform simple moments into treasured memories. For me, they are the perfect winter essentials, a reminder that the greatest luxury is time spent with the people we love."

"This Christmas I’ll be travelling to Portugal, to my parents’ countryside house. We went to the mountains last year, and it won’t be different this year. It’s going to be something like “Forget the sleigh bells and listen to the sound of a bubbling hot tub”. The blue skies, the sharp cold, the outdoor warm swimming pools in the Serra da Estrela, it’s all magical. I'm praying for sunny weather (which is not hard to get but if we're lucky, maybe some snow).
