This white purse in our Capra Collection will truly stand out in your hands. The bright white goat leather feels as luxurious as it looks and is one of the most durable leathers available. Even in white this supple leather resists scratches and water well. Open the purse to see various pockets and slips to place your cards, tickets and cash in. The compact size of the purse makes it easy to fit into smaller bags. The Ettinger logo in silver adds that extra touch of elegance, completing the look. Goat leather produces natural lanolin, this deters dirt from penetrating the leather easily. Before using your purse please read the care instructions carefully to make sure your purse continues to look beautiful, as misuse can age the leather prematurely.

White leather is something that needs to be looked after carefully. Please keep this purse away from non-colourfast materials, this can be common in jeans. Please keep the leather away from hand cream, sanitizer, perfume or grease and away from any sharp or abrasive surfaces. If you notice small black dots appearing these are most likely to be dirt sitting on the surface of the leather, and should be treated gently with a soft cloth. Never rub the surface with a dry or wet cloth. If the threads start to darken, then please do not attempt to clean them as this will only weaken them, instead use a piece of white chalk and lightly run it over the thread, this will help to brighten them up. If looked after well, you can enjoy the beauty of this white purse for many years.

Goat Leather

Goat leather, traditionally called Morocco leather, is often considered one of the finest leathers in the world. Used for bookbinding since Shakespearean times; it is known for its softness, flexibility and strength. It is one of the most resilient leathers, with a visible natural grain, that absorbs colour better than any other hide.
