DESCRIPTION

This beautiful traditional briefcase truly is for the style-conscious businesspeople. The reddish hues within the hazelnut toned exterior give the bag a luxurious feel, matching perfectly with the neutral pig suede inside. The briefcase has been made using the traditional English bridle leather, which is known for lasting long and acquiring a beautiful shiny patina over time. The frame of the bag is strong, yet elegant, featuring hand-stitched handle and brass lock to keep the contents safe. The removable shoulder strap makes it easier to carry the briefcase around. The interior of the briefcase offers plenty of space for your documents, iPad or even a small laptop. One of the panels within also features three pen loops and a slip pocket for cards.

Please note that a natural white bloom may appear on the bridle leather, this will disappear with a light polish using a soft cloth. The briefcase will come with a complimentary Ettinger Leather Wax to ensure the best care and we strongly recommend reading the leather care instructions prior to cleaning the briefcase.

Make the briefcase special by adding your initials on it just above the brass lock!

LEATHER AND MATERIALS

Traditional English Bridle Hide

The most English of all leathers, traditional bridle hide is made using a lengthy and natural process involving centuries old tanning pits and painstaking hand-finishing. It is only in this way that we can achieve the thickness, durability and especially the distinctive look and feel of this traditional equestrian leather.

Natural Pig Suede

Pig suede has a silky touch and is instantly recognisable thanks to the little dots caused by the pig’s follicles. Pig skin is naturally thin and supple but this is enhanced further by several mechanical processes to massage and soften up the leather, once the skins have been chrome tanned and dyed through.
Suede is in fact the flesh side of the skin, which has been finely trimmed and brushed. It is a beautiful leather for lining fine leather accessories and bags.
