We are happy to welcome you back to our online store. To keep our team and you, our customers safe, we have introduced extra safety measures in our factory, warehouse and office.
We are now dispatching all orders five times a week from Monday to Friday. Our temporary office hours are 8am until 4pm. If you have any enquiries you can reach us as usual, by either calling +44 (0)20 8877 1616 or emailing us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please note that occasionally there may be some delays. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email with your parcel tracking details keeping you up to date on the status of your order. Our customer service team is here during our office hours if you have any questions.
We have also extended our returns service from 14 days to 30 days from you receiving your order. If you are unable to return your order within this time period for any reason, please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
